Truth is that our government is a super large slow poke operation with political BS was of doing things. So home grown organizations like Operation AC spring to life. I have given to a serviceman overseas, and the gratitude was well received. I even got a bonus and had the guy send me a few trinkets from Afghanistan and Iraq.
