Macbook Air - Another Problem with Apple Hardware/Software

Yet again, Apple has released a buggy product (From Tidbits.com). This time it is the NEW Macbook Air. The display has horizontal white lines messing the display. Very difficult to actually believe, but confirmed. Seems Apple is stumped and working on this one. I wonder, and have pondered before, just what kind of acceptance testing they do in the labs in Cupertino. Seems they have alot of problems in consistency, and quality - over the last few years. iTunes has been and still is buggy, many iMac updates have clunked and flunked, iPods have had scratchy displays, Mac laptops have had disintegrating surfaces, and too many software bugs have plagued the company since it's popular iPod came to mainstream acceptance. My question, does Apple have enough resources, and are they quality people? Or are they bogged down in too many projects, and under pressure to deliver products too quickly for the holidays? It would seem all to easy to concentrate on core products, and ensure they are quality, prior to feature glut and gee whiz tools. But again Apple has flunked the quality testing.
