Seems that Maryland Dumocrats want to hit the tax payers of Maryland just when things are more expensive. So from July 1st and now on, instead of voting for increases "IF" needed, lets automatically increase the gas tax regardless of how much spending we conduct, or how much waste we utilize in Maryland government. This is normal, no one should really be surprised.
