Weight Loss, mans (and womans) worst enemy. Seems just after the 1st of the year we start to hear of all the bad stuff associated with being over weight. It starts in October, with Halloween, then November you get Thanksgiving, and Christmas in December tops it all off with candy, dinner, and far too many social gatherings. Now we come to January.
